For an individual to qualify as an accredited investor, you must meet at least 1 of the following 3 criteria:

• Your income in the last 12 months is not less than S$300,000 or its equivalent in a foreign currency
• You have Net Financial Assets exceeding S$1.0 million or its equivalent in a foreign currency
• Your Net Personal Assets exceed S$2.0 million or its equivalent in a foreign currency, of which the net value of your primary residence can only contribute S$1.0 million or its foreign equivalent
